PU Foam For High-efficiency Automotive Air Filters
Introduction
POLYOL-A is blend polyol which is combined by hyperactive polyether polyols, cross-linking agent, compound catalyst and so on.
ISO-B is modified isocyanate, and it is micro-pore elastomer which adopts cold molding.
It has excellent mechanical and anti-fatigue properties. Also, with short production cycle, high efficiency consumption. So it is widely used for manufacturing cars, motorcycles and other air filters.
Typical properties
Property | Polyol-A | ISO-B |
Appearance | Milky viscous liquid | Brown Liquid |
Viscosity (25℃)/(mPa·s) | 600-1000 | 75-125 |
Density (20℃)/(g/ml) | 1.00-1.10 | 1.10-1.20 |
Storage Temperature (℃) | 15-25 | 15-25 |
