High Efficiency Anti-hydrolysis Agent HS-220 Hydrolysis Stabilizer Equivalent to Lanxess Stabaxol P 200
HS-220 is a novel anti-hydrolysis agent designed to effectively prevent the degradation of mechanical properties in polyester-based polyurethanes, including TPU, adhesives, and shoe-sole systems. It functions by capping the active carboxyl-terminated ends of polyester molecules and repairing broken polymer chains through cross-linking with carboxyl groups. This mechanism not only extends the product's service life but also helps maintain high mechanical strength.

4. Typical Applications
HS-220 significantly enhances the anti-hydrolysis resistance of polyester-based polyurethane systems, including TPU, adhesives, and shoe-sole applications. It improves key properties such as tensile strength, elongation, melt viscosity, and acid content. The recommended dosage is 0.5–2.0 phr, but it can be adjusted based on the initial and desired final acid values, particularly when the primary goal is acid value reduction.
l Storage: For optimal stability, store in the original, unopened packaging in a cool, dry place. The product has a shelf life of at least one year without deterioration under these conditions.
