Low Free TDI/Polyester Prepolymer LFE3382 Equivalent to LF1800A


1. Description

LFE3382 is a TDI-polyester-based product with a very low free TDI content (typically less than 0.1%). This results in a non-toxic polyurethane system and reduces processing hazards. LFE3382 offers lower viscosity, longer pot life, and faster demolding. Its compatibility with a range of curatives enables high productivity. The resulting elastomer exhibits good abrasion resistance, compression set, tear strength, and dynamic properties.
