3. Advantage
- Good mold release, no residue, no oil, long duration of mold release.
- It is not easy to pollute the mold, reduce The Times of cleaning the mold, and do not affect the second processing of the product, painting, pasting, oil screen printing process.
- Reduce the defect rate of molded products and improve the production efficiency.
- As it is a dry coating, it will not be transferred to the formed products, so there will be no viscosity on the formed products.
- It only needs to spray a thin layer on the mold to improve the accuracy and precision of the product appearance.
4. Application
- It it mainly used as mould release agent for three different polyurethane systems: PU, TPU & Rubber;
- It is widely used in the demoulding of upper and lower molds for all kinds of shoes materials;
- It has excellent release properties, anti-die carbon deposition performance, minimal influence on post-coating and bonding, and at the same time gives the product a low surface gloss, and has a relatively wide mold temperature of 60 ± 10 ° C
5. How to use
- Thoroughly clean the mold, especially need to remove the release agent and product residue, you can use a certain amount of washing water or alkali to soak the mold; after soaking, rinse the mold with solvent or water to completely remove the cleaning medium, especially alkaline substances; thoroughly dry
- Dilute the release agent in deionized water to the desired multiple (typically diluted to 20-30 times depending on the case)and spray with a high pressure spray gun.
- In general, it is recommended to use it in one spray and one demold form.
a) Clean well the mould
b) Mix with normal water before using, dilute ratio is 1:8-10
c) Mould temperature:40-60 degree
d) Spray using nozzle gun diam 0.3mm
e) Tank pressure 0.8-1 bar,air pressure 2.5 bar
f) Spray the release agent directly into the mould
g) After spray the release agent dry it with air, and clean by cotton
